This is seriously the best purchase I’ve ever made. I have tried everything to clean grout, but nothing worked and I was shocked to see how well and easy this steamer cleaned out all the dirt. I also love that it comes with several different attachments. I so far have used most of them- I’ve cleaned the floor, baseboards, windows, grout, EVEN THE WALLS. This steamer is so satisfying and makes cleaning so much fun.

I purchased this steam cleaner to clean my windows and my kitchen floor. I received it 2 days ago and immediately went to work on the windows on my sun porch. My cats live out there and they were very dirty. I steam (only) cleaned them and then wiped them off with a clean paper towel to get the excess water, which wasn't much.. It worked beautifully and I will not be sending it back.

I still love this little steam mop. One thing I learned is that I do not like the liquid floor cleaners. Most of them have an oily base even though your floor appears to be dry and clean, it still has that oil on it. This does not require any cleaner other than the steam that comes from it. It makes the floors feel so much cleaner and stay clean longer. I ordered extra mop attachments. I can just pull it off and throw it in the washing machine it comes out perfectly. I did notice some complaints about not having a place to stand the mop when you were having to move furniture or something around. If you're in the kitchen there is a place to stand it. Look at the picture. You can hang it on the edge of your kitchen counter, if your kitchen counters are the average 36-in height or higher. I've been using this mop for months now. It has not diminished the grout in my kitchen floor in any way. I make a lot of bread and there's flour that falls on the floor into the ground and sometimes you have to scrub to get it out of the grout. I don't have to do that with this mop. I just hold it over that area of the grout for a few seconds. It loosens the flour and voila it's gone. If you have questions, please feel free to ask and enjoy your mop.

Omg I have wanted a steam cleaner for years now and I was not disappointed! It made the disgusting grout on my bathroom floors look brand new with little effort! Pro tip- only use distilled water because the minerals in tap water can ruin it.

Love this product! This steamer has been a lifesaver for me! Many different attachments to help with a variety of cleaning jobs. The steamer helps break down hard to remove dirt in order to just wipe clean without the use of chemicals. So far I've cleaned my oven and did my floors grout and wow what a difference! If your looking for a tool to help with hard to clean tasks this is for you. I really can't think of anything negative regarding this product.
